  • About Me: I like quilting, both sane & crazy, embroidery, knitting, crochet. I really enjoy learning techniques. I'm not a learn by project type person. Once I learn a technique it's time to move on to something new.

  • Interests: Quilting, both sane & crazy, embroidery, knitting, crochet. Actually if it involves textiles and or needles I'll try it. I really enjoy learning techniques. I'm not a learn by project type person. That's why I have so many UFO's, once I master the technique it's time to try something else. I like to be around people with the same interests, to bounce around ideas. But, I'm very comfortable being by myself. Would probably make a great hermit.

  • Places I've been: Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein, England. Stateside - Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and S. Carolina.
  • Places to see before I die: Scotland and Australia
  • Dream Vacation: A couple of months in Scotland with limitless funds.

  • Favorite Genre: I like all types of music. Depends on my mood
  • Favorite Lyrics: My favorite lyrics are the ones that I know instead of just humming along.
  • Songs for Roadtrips: Dust in the Wind, Can't Drive 55, most Rob Zombie. Anything really upbeat with a good driving rythmn. When I'm by myself in the car it's Korn at full volume or Alannis Morrisette's "Jagged Little Pill" album.

  • Favorite Movies: The Ghost and Mrs Muir, Fools Rush In, Braveheart (only if I'm alone)

  • Favorite Books: I read all types of books. Have been known to read the Bell county, Texas phone book out of sheer boredom.
  • Favorite Genres: For a quick mindless escape I enjoy historical romances.
  • Favorite Characters: Tice and Hannah Fowler , Jaimie and Claire Fraser
  • Recent Reads: The Traveler, and I'm trying to work my way through the George RR Martin series.
